Abbas: We want to know what the foundations for talks are

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said on Wednesday that the Palestinians could return to the negotiating table if Israel would accept a two state solution within the 1967 borders, Israel Radio reported, quoting an interview that the president gave to Al- Jazeera. 

Abbas emphasized in the interview that the Palestinians were not setting any per-conditions for restarting talks but they were asking what the foundations for the talks would be.
