Saudi Arabian King Abdullah on Friday met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas about the peace talks with Israel in Riyadh, AFP reported.
According to the report, the two leaders discussed "developments in the Palestinian issue and efforts exerted to put the peace process back on the right path."
Abbas and Abdullah discussed the international community's role in assuming responsibility "to achieve a just and comprehensive peace," with a Palestinian state "on its national soil, with Jerusalem as a capital, according to the AFP report.
