Abbas orders refurbishing of vandalized Ramallah mosque

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday asked the governor of Ramallah Laila Ghannam to order the refurbishing of the mosque that was vandalized earlier Tuesday in a suspected "price tag" attack, Ma'an reported.
Palestinians from the village of al-Muayar, near Ramallah reported that a carpet in the mosque was set fire in the early hour of the morning.
The attackers sprayed graffiti on the walls of the mosque, writing the name of a settlement outpost, "Alei Ayin," which was evacuated by security forces last week.
