Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will arrive in Cairo on Saturday for a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Arab foreign ministers at the Arab League headquarters in the Egyptian capital.Palestinian Ambassador to Cairo Jamal Shobaki, who is also the permanent representative to the Arab League said the meeting was requested by Arab League Chief Nabil el-Araby and will center on the situation in Gaza in the aftermath of the 50-day war with Israel, and the PA's plans to achieve a two-state solution.Israel accuses Hamas of stonewalling talks, threatens to hit Rafah soon
