Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will meet with Saudi King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman on Monday in Riyadh, a Palestinian diplomat said.

Abbas is also scheduled to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Monday in Sharm al-Sheikh, where an international conference is taking place.

“The president’s visit to Riyadh comes in the context of continuing bilateral communications and deepening ties between the two countries,” Palestinian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Bassam al-Agha told the official PA news site Wafa.
