The Health Ministry has given poor hygienic grades to 38 restaurants, wedding halls and other eating places out of 214 examined throughout the country. The ministry said 73 had a "very good" level of hygiene; 60 were good; and 43 were in moderate shape. The ministry did not, however, disclose the names of the best and worst eating places on Wednesday.
