Gabi Chen, 45, the man who allegedly ran over two soldiers at an Acre bus stop, was indicted for murder on Thursday morning.Chen killed the two soldiers last month, and injured other bystanders. The indictment says that Chen was drunk, and drove into the bus stop on purpose.
