Afula Municipality will open Municipal Park to general public

The Municipality of Afula accepted the recommendation of the Court for Administrative Affairs in Nazareth and announced that it would open the city's park to all its visitors, Maariv reported.
The court clarified that the local council has no authority to close a public park; Existing regulations do not allow the authorities to charge entry fees, let alone to prohibit entrance altogether.
