Aid NGO slams Israeli security forces for restricting activists during Pope's visit

An Israeli legal aid NGO condemned security forces on Wednesday for issuing restraining orders against several right-wing youth activist, a move seeking to prevent disruptions during Pope Francis's visit to the region on May 24-26.

Honenu – which provides legal assistance to Israeli Jews accused of nationalist crimes against Palestinians - criticized the move as "encouraging anarchy" in the country.
