An man was arrested from his apartment in eastern Tel Aviv Wednesday night on suspicions that he attempted to rape a family member. The man, a 51-year-old foreign migrant from Eritrea, reportedly attacked the family member when she arrived to his apartment, who reported his actions to the police and arranged his arrest.
