Atias criticizes Yishai's foreign worker policies

Construction and Housing Minister Ariel Atias criticized Interior Minister Eli Yishai's policies regarding foreign workers, at a contractor's convention in Eilat.

"At a time when we need to be building more, [Yishai] remembers the need to stem the number of foreign workers. That's not smart in my view," Atias said critically.

He added, "If you want to deal with the issue of foreign workers, that's fine. But not now when the market is in a place where we need more building projects."
