Aviva Schalit, mother of captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, said Monday night that the inner cabinet's debate over a prisoner exchange deal with Hamas would "not go on much longer." "In the next few hours the decision will be made ... this will not go on much longer," Schalit told reporters. Gilad's mother made the remarks while the seven-minister inner cabinet met, for the fifth time in two days, to debate the merits of the prisoner swap that would secure Schalit's release.
