Police Cmdr. Uri Bar-Lev, the current Police Attaché to Washington and candidate to be the next inspector-general of the Israel Police, landed in Israel Sunday afternoon.Bar-Lev was expected back as part of the sexual harassment investigation against him that derailed his candidacy for the top police position.
