Limidor Gottlieb, the  suspect in the death of 16-year-old Arik Rafaelov of Beersheba, was charged with manslaughter in a Beersheba court on Monday.

Gottlieb allegedly hit Rafaelov causing his death when he returned after 2 a.m. from a Lag Ba'Omer party with Gottlieb's stepdaughter.

After investigating, the police determined that since it appeared that Gottlieb had not hit Rafaelov with intent to murder him, the suspect was charged with manslaughter only.
