British Minister for the Middle East and North Africa Tobias Ellwood released a statement on Saturday condemning Friday's shooting attack in the West Bank which killed a 25-year-old Israeli and injured another.

"I condemn the shooting of two Israelis in the West Bank," Ellwood said in wake of the attack, which occurred near the settlement of Dolev, some six kilometers west of Ramallah. "Those responsible must be brought to justice."

"I call on all parties to promote calm," he added.
