Cabel: Bennett's haredi draft plan is 'meaningless'

Labor MK Eitan Cabel criticized Economics and Trade Minister Naftali Bennett's Haredi draft plan on Tuesday, saying the new government plan perpetuates inequality in the law because drafting yeshiva students at the age of 22 is "meaningless."

"This is no more than a flimsy compromise meant to tick off the topic and move on," Cabel said, and added harshly that "if this is how the new government plans to handle the various topics on its agenda, then were are in a serious problem."
