A 31-year-old cyclist was seriously injured when a car hit him on Josef Levy Street in Tel Aviv on Saturday night.

Magen David Adom paramedics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Ichilov hospital. The man suffered an injury to his head.

Police opened an investigation into the incident.
