Saturday night's memorial rally at Rabin Square commemorating the 14th anniversary of former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin's assassination has been postponed until next week due to rainy weather. President Shimon Peres, Defense Minister Ehud Barak, opposition leader Tzipi Livni, Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar and Rabin's daughter Dalia are slated to speak at next week's rally, conducted annually at the square bearing Rabin's name. A televised address by US President Barack Obama will also be screened during the ceremony. Musicians Miri Mesika, Ovadia Hamama and Aviv Geffen - whose song "Cry For You," sung just before Rabin's murder, later became a symbol of the tragedy - will be performing at the rally. The Labor Party's annual memorial ceremony for Rabin, which was scheduled to be held on Friday afternoon, was also postponed until next week due to the weather.
