Clinton calls Iraqi FM, expresses US support for country

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday called Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari to express US support for Iraq's efforts at re-integration into the region, emphasizing Iraq's hosting of the Arab League Summit in March, a State Department press release said.

Clinton and Hoshyar also discussed several bilateral issues, including their mutual desire to advance the US-Iraqi partnership as set out in the Strategic Framework Agreement.
