Explosion in car kills Ashkelon man in his 30s

A car explosion that occured in Ashkelon on Tuesday morning killed a man in his thirties.

Teams of MDA were called to the scene and found the man in a near fatal condition as he lay beside his vehicle.

MDA paramedics attempted to resuscitate him and evacuated him to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police are investigating the incident, and suspect criminal activity.
