The government approved the creation of five new communities in the Negev in southern Israel on Sunday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the decision was good news for the citizens of Israel. "Our vision is becoming reality, government infrastructure on a massive scale together with business. They [the communities] need to be established quickly by cutting down on procedures. In order for these communities to succeed there is a need for high [economic] growth and so we have created growth engines with cyber at the forefront," Netanyahu said.
