Handicapped protest blocked Highway Four Beit Lid Junction

Handicapped protestors have blocked the Beit Lid Junction on Highway Four using a vehicle convoy. The protestors drive on all the lanes in unison and then slow down together to block the road for those driving behind them. Police is on location and directing traffic to other routs.

The protest, which enjoys unusual amounts of support by the Israeli public, is directed at the Israeli government that is holding off a planned increase in the benefits given to Israelis who are unable to support themselves due to their condition.
