Haredi rioters injured three police officers Friday morning at the Sabbath Square in Jerusalem, Israel Radio reported. The rioters torched trash cans and threw stones as more than 1,000 ultra-Orthodox Jews arrived to the site to celebrate the end of Simhat Torah. The reasons for the disturbance were not initially clear.
