The Homefront Command imposed renewed security restrictions on southern Israel due to the resumption in rocket fire from Gaza.

Within 0 and 40 kilometers of the Gaza Strip, gatherings of more than 500 people will not be allowed in open and closed spaces.

Within 40 and 80 km. from Gaza, gatherings of more than 1,000 people will not be allowed in open areas.

All communities within 80 km. of Gaza are being told to open their bomb shelters as well.
