IDF Chief Gadi Eisenkot said in an interview with the New York Times that Israel has 'complete intelligence superiority in this area [Syria]. We enjoy complete aerial superiority. We have strong deterrence and we have the justification to act [against Iranian interests there],” the interview was published on Friday. He said that as Israel is 'pushing them [the Iranians] in Syria they transfer their efforts to Iraq.'
