IDF checking reports of explosive device on Gaza border

The IDF was checking reports that an explosive device was detonated Wednesday on the border with Gaza.

An IDF spokesman said Israeli forces in the vicinity reported of hearing an explosion. 

According to Palestinian reports, three Palestinians were wounded after IDF fire in response to sniper fire emanating from the Strip.

There were no injuries on the Israeli side.
