The IDF stationed an Iron Dome missile defense battery near the southern town of Netivot on Tuesday. Netivot is near the Gaza Strip. On Monday an anti-rocket system intercepted a Palestinian projectile fired from the Gaza Strip toward the southern city of Ashkelon.
