IDF to send 300 soldiers to help secure public transport

The IDF will send 300 soldiers on Sunday to the Israel Police to help it secure public transport.

The decision is part of the cabinet's decision to increase security within Israeli cities.

In line with the security cabinet's decision, the IDF sent six companies to support police in its missions in Israeli cities on
Wednesday. The companies will cooperate with police units and hold joint missions with them, the IDF said.
