Iran: We want Israel to attack so that we can retaliate

Iran's "greatest wish" is that Israel attack the Islamic Republic so that they may retaliate, sending the Jewish State to the "dustbin of history," the Fars news agency quoted a Revolutionary Guard commander as saying, according to AFP.

"For some time there has been a hidden energy we hope to expend to consign the enemies of Islam forever to the dustbin of history," chief of the Revolutionary Guards' aerospatial division, Amir-Ali Hadjizadeh, was quoted as saying.

"Our ballistic (missile) capacity never ceases to grow," he added.
