Israel to send 14-man mission to Haiti to help stability

The cabinet agreed Sunday to send a 14-man police delegation to Haiti to aid in upholding public order and stabilizing the situation after the earthquake that hit Haiti this past January, killing 100,000.
The mission is expected to cost Israel approximately NIS 2 million.
"This is a Jewish and humanistic action," Netanyahu said, "and it follows up on the rapidly-organized activity after the Haitian earthquake."
