An Israeli national, 55, who had been reported to police as missing since Wednesday, was located over the weekend in Lebanon.
Troops from the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) transferred the Jerusalem resident back to Israel on Saturday via the northern border crossing at Rosh Hanikra, according to a Haifa radio report.
Following a short investigation by security officials, the IDF transferred the man to police custody. According to an IDF official, the incident did not likely have a background of hostile activity.
