An Israeli tourist visiting Peru has died in a extreme sporting accident, Israeli media reported Monday.

The young Israel man was fatally injured after an apparent malfunction of the cabal hang gliding structure he was on, sending him crashing into a pole.

According to Channel 10, the Foreign Ministry was working with the Israeli Embassy in Peru to repatriate the body back to Israel.
