A 26-year-old Arab Israeli man was indicted in the Jerusalem District Court this week for acts of animal cruelty. The indictment mentioned graphic footage of the man that shows him in the lobby of a residential building, yanking, hitting and hurling in the air a small white Pekingese dog. The court ruled that the man will remain in police custody under further notice.
