Kaine: 'If Hillary wins Florida, it's over'

Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Tim Kaine predicted that "If Hillary wins Florida, it's over" as he rallied democratic supporters in Florida on Saturday.

Florida is seen a a key battleground state in the presidential race between Clinton and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

"It's cool to know," he joked. "You don't have to wait up and see what happens in Ohio or Nevada -- who wants to wait til Mountain time to know who the President is," he said.

A McClatchy-Marist opinion poll released on Saturday of voters nationwide showed Clinton leading by one percentage point compared to 6 percentage points in September. A Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll also released Saturday showed Clinton ahead by 4 percentage points nationally compared to 5 points on Friday.
