Knesset security detains 3 Peace Now activists who impersonated students

Knesset security detains

Knesset security on Sunday detained for questioning three Peace Now activists who misrepresented themselves as students in order to interview MK Michael Ben-Ari (NU), Army radio reported. The impersonators admitted to being sent by Peace Now in order to gather information for a documentary film about the political Right in Israel. According to Channel 10, the activists requested an interview with Ben-Ari a few days ago and passed a background check. During the course of the interview, Ben-Ari and his aide suspected that they were impersonating students and referred the matter to Knesset security. The check revealed that the three arrived at the Knesset a week prior for interviews with MK Danny Danon (Likud) and MK Fania Kirshenbaum (Israel Beitenu).
