Finance Minister Yair Lapid announced Sunday that he had decided to abolish the two-year budget and return to the one-year budget system.Lapid said this decision was taken together with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.He said that the large gaps between the bi-annual forecast and the actual tax revenues led the economy into deep deficit.
