A three-count indictment was filed against Attorney Gur Finkelstein at Tel Aviv District Court Thursday in a case that involves two attempted murders and the placing of bombs.

Finkelstein stands accused of heading a group of seven suspects who attempted the shiekh of Jaffa's Hassan Bek Mosque over a business dispute, an attack on the Scientology Center in Jaffa, and the attempted murder on one other official. The group planned on pinning the blame for their ultimately unsuccessful attacks on right-wing activists by spray painting "price tag" graffiti near the scene of their crimes.
