Lebanon's foreign minister on Monday echoed previous comments from Beirut, according to which his country would be the last Arab state to sign a peace treaty with Israel. "There will be neither direct nor indirect negotiations with Israel," Lebanese Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh told The Daily Star. He also took a dig at President Shimon Peres, calling him "an aging political leader," according to the Beirut-based paper.
