Magen David Adom treated 20 Israelis on Friday, according to statement by the organization, bringing the total number of people treated by MDA to 74 since the beginning of Operation Pillar of Defense on Wednesday.

Of the 20 people tended to Friday, MDA said that 5 were lightly injured and 15 were suffering from shock.
