MK Benny Begin ousted from Knesset for refusing to back 'Recommendations Law'

MK Benny Begin (Likud) was ousted from the Knesset's Interior Committee after standing firm on his commitment to refuse to back the "Recommendations Law," which would bar police from recommending a verdict during criminal investigations.
The law, proposed by MK David Amsalem (Labor), has implications for the investigations into the affairs of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
This is the second time MK Begin has been ousted from a Knesset committee.
