Man arrested for murdering, dismembering ex-wife in J'lem

A Jerusalem woman was found murdered and dismembered in her apartment by police Tuesday morning, allegedly at the hands of her ex-husband, who was arrested at the scene.

According to Police Spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, the unidentified victim, whom he said was in her early 40s, was found dismembered in the bathroom of her home in the neighborhood of Neveh Yaakov, late in the morning.

“The main suspect is her ex-husband, who caused her grievous bodily harm before the murder and when the murder took place,” said Rosenfeld of the suspect, who is being held by police for further questioning.
