A 30-year-old man died from his wounds Monday after falling five stories while building an outdoor drying rack in Modi'in Illit, Israel Radio reported. Drying racks in apartment buildings are usually attached to an outer building wall or balcony. Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
