A man in his 50s was killed and another man was lightly injured in a car accident in Deir Hanna intersection in the Lower Galilee on Thursday evening, Israel Radio reported.

Earlier, a 70-year-old woman was moderate-to-critically injured in a hit and run accident in Ashdod. Police are still looking for the hitting car.
