Terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip fired nearly 40 mortar shells into southern Israel Monday morning, causing no injuries but damaging several buildings in the Eshkol region. The barrage comes one day after a targeted IAF strike in the southern Strip injured ten Palestinians, including two terrorists and three children.
Authorities told residents in to remain in protected areas.
