Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told a special Knesset session on Tuesday that Israel is engaged in a "long struggle against terrorism" and that "a series of aggressive steps" are in order against those inciting to violence.

"Israel will settle scores with those who are killing and those who are encouraging them," Netanyahu said. "Anyone who raises their hand against us will have their hand cut off."
