Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu condemned Palestinian media outlets comparing Israel to Nazi Germany at the start of his meeting with Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibanshvili on Tuesday.

"It worries me that in the Palestinian media we are continually hearing references comparing Israel to Nazi Germany," he said. "The incitement is poisoning peace."

Netanyahu also spoke about the historical connection between the Jewish community and Georgia, as well as opportunities for cooperation in the future in the fields of technology, water, agriculture and education.
