Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the recent wave of terror which has descended onto the country at a cabinet meeting on Sunday, calling for stricter deterrence and punishment for those who incite terror.

"We are facing a wave of terror attacks and need to work out a more systematic approach - we need to strengthen security forces, support forces, and create better measures of deterrence and punishment."

"Today we will begin to take action against incitement, including The Islamic Movement who are at the forefront of this incitement, and in particular target its financial resources."
