Netanyahu meets with visiting Indian president

Indian President Pranab Mukherjee invited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to travel to India on an official visit during a meeting in Jerusalem on Thursday.

Netanyahu thanked the Indian president for his invitation, saying that he would be happy to take it up.The two leaders met to discuss various topics of interest to Israel and India, including cooperation in the fields of technology, innovation, agriculture and security. In addition, they agreed that the two countries will deepen their cooperation on anti-terror warfare issues, and that bilateral ministerial visits on the matter should take place.
