Obama departs Bethlehem, heads to airport to fly to Jordan

US President Barack Obama departed from Bethlehem where he visited the Church of the Nativity and set off for Ben Gurion Airport as his three-day trip to Israel came to a close on Friday.

From Israel, Obama was scheduled to fly to Jordan.Highway 1 between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv was closed in both directions.
