US President Barack Obama arrived at the President's Residence in Jerusalem on Wednesday for a ceremony in which President Shimon Peres officially welcomed him to Israel.Obama signed Peres's guest book, after which Israeli children sang him the song 'Tomorrow' from the musical Annie.A tree brought from the US by Obama as a gift for Peres and Israel was planted in the garden of the President's Residence.
